Favorite sleeping position?
 

This question has totally not been asked on multiple other forums, but what is your ideal sleeping position?

I love laying on my side while in bed and when I am about to go to sleep I do it best by laying on my back

id like to claim myself as a 7 main but more realistically, i bounce between 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 12 every 10-15 minutes until i fall asleep

Used to be 6 until I bought a bigger bed. Now 12 with bonus pillow for top arm every time.

Also sitting in a comfy chair sometimes too. More of a rare naptime thing tho

Some chairs I think are just built to be beds that you sleep while sitting up on.

Any form of 2 or 7 makes me worried I'll get spine problems even though it's super comfortable

7 when I fall asleep, always turns into anything between 4 or 1 during the night

Alternating between 4 and 10 but with a body pillow between my legs and arms because better posture.

Yeah because it keeps your hips and shoulders aligned when you sleep on the side, instead of having your body twist towards the bed. From my personal experience, it has helped me a lot; I used to have lower back pain when waking up (a couple of years ago) but a good body pillow mostly fixed that. Also my chiropractor And massage therapist both told me it's a good thing to have (plus a good head pillow) and they don't make money off of that advice so...

7 3, 1... ; i like to keep my body at one with the universe while i sleep. keep my veins straight and true while my foo digest and whatnot...
