I use a script function with Autohotkey to reassign the arrow keys to letter keys. my setup is WASD and IJKL for up left down, and up down right. It looks like this in the script:
a::Send {left}
s::Send {down}
w::Send {up}
d::Send {right}
h::Send {left}
k::Send {down}
i::Send {up}
l::Send {right}
and you can replace any to your preference.
