After a very frustrating second round, my good friend JohnRedWolf87 clued me in that Velocity has been all kinds of shit lately. I honestly don't go on the forums here because the format gives me headaches, but yeah that saved my life. Managed to Blackflag the R2 song on the final night, once I changed engines. I just AAAed the R3 song about 15 minutes ago, and I'm psyched. It's the highest difficulty song I've ever AAAed (previously it was the R1 song). There's a huge discrepancy between difficulties of songs I can FC and ones I can AAA. Is that common?

   Again, congrats on the AAA! :)
   As for the discrepancy thing: I find that FCing and AAAing take two different but related skills. To FC, you've just got to be at the point where you can read and hit all the arrows in a song. AAAing, on the other hand, takes concentration on top of being able to read the song. I would have a very difficult time getting a AAA on my hardest FC because, even though I can read the song pretty well, I'm bound to miss a few arrows if I concentrate too much on each one.
