And yeah, that helps me too. But I'm afraid I do it too often, yknow? I don't want it to be a nightly thing. But sometimes.. You want to think of it, yet there's just too much to think about, and once you start, you go deeper and deeper into thoughts and unanswered questions and possibilities and the past etc. Guh!
