I'm pretty sure the reason this guy doesn't go in MP is that he'll get BS'd for no reason or that he might be reset because of the 8 level range's existence now.

Guys, he didn't cheat to get that level, he just did it before there was an 8-level maximum difference where you could still gain/lose MP. Now, the only one he could even gain/lose MP level from would be reach
