Err... That's a great question. From what certain important people say, either sometime this month. If it gets held off for some reason, there are some User Tournaments currently going on that you can still sign up for! There is "Psychoangel's Division Plus One" and "Krunky's Tournament of Champions" all of which can be found on the front page! They should have you warmed up in time for the real deal when it gets here if you stay long enough. Just post in the corresponding threads that you'd like to sign up and go for it! :D
