300 sparta mix is good for beginning spread, so try that one too

it depends what songs you can do with your old style...i suggest playing spread with lvl 7 to 10
once youve got the basics covered with spread, try practicing szamar madar, its very good practice for spread, dont worry if you miss the notes, just try, and dont mash...unless your going to fail out of a song or something.
dont go back to lvl 1 or anything though.
