De Quervain Syndrome

I apparently have this condition, not entirely sure if it's because of rhythm games, however, 15 years old rhythm gaming does tend to result in some dire consequences down the road so it honestly' wouldn't surprise me if these games were the cause.

It only seems to affect the tendons connected to the thumbs and last I check rhythm games don't require thumbs so I really don't know.

   Hi!
   I’m not sure if this is any similar, i once pinched a nerve in my hand playing guitar hero & it ached for about a month. So weird.
