Goal Round 2 cleared!

Round 2 is done and over with. I'm skipping over the 100 tier points part because I cleared that before the change to tier points, and I really don't wanna try doing it now with the new basically only FMO level stuff tier points.

I'll do a round 3 when I get around to it, but I figured I would at least update my random thoughts to say I cleared it so that message about round 2 doesn't look so glaringly old.
