Hooray for the avmiss fix

This means the current tier point system is being updated to compensate. As it should - I've got something like 25 tier points in the last few days, just by comboing songs I hadn't before. TGWP3, Monstrous Turtles, and so on.

Oh, 10000 games as well. The keen eye will be able to see where the 10000th game was in my replays, lol.
